I was researching re-sellers of a specific product that I needed replacements parts for. One of the vendors was one that we have worked with for years to get miscellaneous trade show displays. They were not willing to help me at all as the product I needed parts for was not purchased through them. They offered me no support. XYZ helped me; no questions asked!
