Vinyl and Fabric Banners

Backlit Vinyl
Ultralon 5 from Ultraflex is a durable flexible backlit substrate designed for long term use on backlit sign faces.
It is tear and fade resistant and together with the Vutek inks will combine for a product that will last 7 to 10 years outdoors.

Pressure Sensitive Vinyl
Top-selling printed media, this is a customer favorite. A 2.5 mil intermediate calendared PVC vinyl, appropriate for a broad range of indoor and outdoor applications. ORAJET 3651 can be used on flat surfaces, simple curves and simple contours. It features a grey-backed, permanent adhesive (Transparent finish has clear adhesive).

Window Perforated Vinyl

Removable Vinyl
Features a special low-tack adhesive that enables the graphic to be removed easily after initial application. This economical removable media provides vivid images and great colors at a highly competitive price. Great for shorter-term interior wall and glass graphics, including murals. Compatible with today’s popular eco-solvent, solvent, UV-curable and grand format inkjet printers. Recommended for use with ORAGUARD Series 210 laminating film.

PHOTO TEX PSA Fabric (fatheads)
A 6 mil. adhesive-back fabric sticks to any non-porous flat surface and removes easily with no residue for sharp-looking, seamless graphics and superior photographic images every time. Photo Tex is ideal for life-size photographic cut-outs for walls and wall murals. It also works great for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications, including windows, backlits, doors, sign boards, and other flat surfaces. The adhesive is removable, reusable, and repositionable. It does not remove paint from a primed wall, is safe to apply over wallpaper, applies without wrinkles, and does not rip.

Floor Graphics
A white cast film (2 mil.) with a removable, grey pigmented, positionable adhesive for exterior graphics on floors. Good resistance to dirt and wear from high foot traffic once laminated with 3M™ Scotchcal™ Matte Overlaminate 3647. Suitable for use on unsealed, exterior, pedestrian surfaces. Up to 6 months durability.

Styrene
Medium is a 12 mil, semi-rigid, PVC display film with a “low glare,” satin finish and an instant dry, scratch resistant coating. The durable construction features tear resistant PVC intended to be used unlaminated to create a durable trade show or rollup panel; engineered to withstand repeated rolling in portable display units without cupping, warping or scratching. DuraSOL™ 3608 is compatible with solvent and UVC printers.

Flatbed Printing

Coroplast
A double-wall fluted sheet of polypropylene copolymer (plastic) also known as corrugated plastic. Limited exterior life. Coroplast readily accepts pressure sensitive vinyl graphics, screen inks, and digital images. Mount in frames, on stakes or using Step-Stakes. Coroplast sheets are used extensively for indoor and outdoor signage, display panels, real estate & election signs, shipping containers, packaging, and architectural modeling.

PVC Cintra
1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″
A very durable pvc sheet. Sintra® PVC Foam is for photo mounting, display construction and a variety of other uses. Excellent for outdoor use. It comes in 1/8″, 1/4″, and 1/2″ thicknesses.

Aluminum
040, 060
Pre-painted Aluminum Sheet stock is coated with a highly durable and screen printable wax free polyester coating. Comes in .040” and .063” thicknesses. Cut to size.

Magnets
A completely waterproof, flexible magnetic product. Magnetic products are magnetized with equally spaced magnetic poles running parallel to the length of the rolls. Used mainly to create vehicle signs, menu boards, and POP displays. Designed to perform in temperatures ranging from -15 to 160 degrees F.
