We ordered online and the process was very easy and the directions were clear. The live chat/support was extremely helpful. The product arrived on time, and sets up and breaks down exactly as promised. The material is high-quality and our step-and-repeat banner looks great. It is also lightweight - we ordered the 8x8 size. It can be carried and set up by 1 person, and travels well.

The backdrop looks great & is super easy to set up. The only negative I have is that it broke while we were setting it up for the first time. because it is so lightweight the metal bars are super thin & 2 of them just snapped with barely any force on them. We were able to ziptie the joints to make due & it wasn't super noticeable. It was a bummer though considering that we ordered this product specifically to save time during set up & ended up having to take a lot of time to get the zipties fixed before our event.
