Please check your packages for damage, missing items, or misprints as soon as possible. We encourage a test setup of all products quickly to ensure everything is in order. If you run into any issues, please reach out to us immediately so that all can be resolved in time for your event to run smoothly. Return EligibilityHardware Return PolicyReturns on select stock hardware items are accepted within 15 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted on custom built products, flooring, digital kiosks, and LED signs, amongst other items (please call to confirm). Customers must notify us of any damage or other issues with products within 48 hours of delivery. No returns or exchanges are accepted on any custom graphics or other custom items. All custom jobs are considered final once proofs are approved. We are not responsible for compatibility with customer's existing hardware. Please make sure any replacement parts or graphics are compatible with your hardware. If you are unsure, please contact us! All returns are subject to a 35% administrative and re-stocking fee. All returned items must be repacked and returned unused in their original packaging, including manuals, cables, and accessories. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment. Packages being returned should be insured by you for your protection. Returned merchandise received used, damaged, or otherwise in an unsellable condition will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. No credits are issued on shipping costs. Graphics & Customized Items PolicyAbsolutely no returns are accepted on printed graphics and customized products. We are not liable for the accuracy of artwork supplied, spelling, misplaced design elements, or otherwise. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory color results unless a hard copy proof or Pantone color match is purchased. We cannot color match gradients or backlit prints. Additionally, if your artwork contains opacity settings or multiple layers, elements may disappear during printing. A hard copy proof is the best option to secure desired results. For backlit prints, we do not recommend predominantly white or light-colored backgrounds in your artwork. Specifically, for WAVELIGHT displays and other frames with ladder lights, the light arrays will likely be visible through the graphic. We will not offer reprints if you choose art with predominantly light backgrounds. |
