I ordered a new carrying case to replace an old one that has been well used and is falling apart. The replacement arrived very quickly! However, it had some defects that made me unhappy. I emailed customer service and sent them photos of the bag I received and they sent me a new one very promptly. Not only were they quick, but also polite and understanding. I will use this company again.
