Simply snap together the aluminum tubular frames, slide over the dye-sublimated stretch fabric graphics and zip closed for a professional wrinkle free finish. This 20ft x 60in Square Skybox hanging banner kit includes double-sided graphics printed on the inside and outside of the banner, hardware and carry case for easy storage and shipping. I ordered a 20ft x 60 in square hanging banner. I assumed it would all fit into the included carry case. I unpacked and took inventory of the hardware pieces and compared to online specs and the packing slip that came with it. The online specs and the packing slip had different qty of what parts we should receive and I actually received a different number of hardware pcs than were on either the packing slip and the spec sheet. However I have to say Customer service is excellent and they took all necessary steps to rectify this quickly. I do appreciate it.
