XYZ corrected a misprinted banner graphic for free |

My banner graphic design was a little unorthodox, with some simple graphic elements designed to run around the corners. XYZ sent me a proof that matched my design; but when they printed it, they shifted the design a lot to the left to avoid the corners, which made an unbalanced-looking result. I proposed to fix it by installing the graphic on the frame with the seams shifted away from the corners, and asked for additional grommets to allow us to do that; but XYZ looked into it and confirmed that it hadn't been printed per the proof, so fixing it was on them. They produced a new graphic *exactly* as I designed it, with my graphics lining up perfectly even on the corner seams. Wonderful achievement, and very much appreciated! Bolshoi spasebo, guys!
